FXRT tour pack on Popo

test fit an old tour pack I had layin around from my brothers old Lowrider..

not bad...took the rack off to clean...put it back on

FLH seat extends farther than the FXR on the dash so I'm gonna have a leather bib made to cover the offending area

put the front fender back on...juries still out on that

Trunk matches the tank. I chopped my front fender. Really made a difference.

Love the tourpak but I prefer the sport fender over the FXRT/P full fender.

yeah...the fender is coming back off....problem with the tour pack is its just mounted with 2 bolts thru the rack...don't have the actual mount.

Isn't the actual mount just an open ended version of the backrest rack? Ask Geno, I know he has the same tourpak on his Dyna.

I just noticed that your view of your gages seems obstructed.

Where'd you get those bicycle pedal foot rests? Do they turn around their axes?

My tourpak is like Geno said, except we made plates for inside and under the box. They sandwich the box between metal and add strength to it. They also gave me a place for a permanent anchor point for a small gun safe.

They are not obstructed at all. I just have my leather pouch flap hanging over them.

Never mind Joe!

the more i look at this fender the more I'm liking it....since I lowered the front 2" it kinda gives it that Bonneville Salt Flat racer look...I'll keep it for awhile...not like its a big deal to take off.
