Big Engine Banter, Made Me Hungry.....
All the monster motor talk, and trying to stave off a 124" in these uncertain time got me hungry....
 8.6 lbs of time rib should fix the munchies for a bit! Has been saran wrapped with rub for 48hrs, convection plate and dripping pan filled with beer, crushed garlic etc, pull the plate and pan for the last bit to sear - then tinfoil and towel wrap for a couple hours to rest  Dirk
