Workin' on it now...
I put a rub on last night...added fresh smashed garlic to it... photo of then new grill fired up the grill, direct heat for 10 min to char it... the dipped the fire down to 300 until the internal temp hits 155...then I'll take it out and cover it in foil...It's been on for almost 2 hours... oh yeah...I've got the smoker box in the grill with some hickory chips... During shot... |

Tasted even better...juicy as all get up...sauteed some garlic n' mushrooms and had a side salad with some heirloom tomatoes.
