I got the call
tonight that a dear friend of mine is in the hospital. She is an amazing woman that I have a lot of respect for. Completely selfless. She has battled cancer for several years and the last several times we had planned to meet she has had to cancel due to pain or being too tired.
Her aunt called me to let me know that she had to be admitted to the hospital and that we are going to lose her soon. Please send out a prayer for her and family. Thanks Thanks to everyone. Melissa left us this morning 8/26 to go to a better place. Her family is at peace with the fact there is no more suffering. Thanks again for the prayers. Prayers from here, cancer is a scourge on our society, it affect the families more than the patient, may she pass easily and the family be comforted that the pain is gone from her.
