This mornings, Oh Wow moment, at the Motel
A family of five comes into the continental breakfast area, a small area is all we have, five tables.
They announce they are here and need to be seated now, but they need us to clear out the others so they can be seated! My Thought: Uhhh, sorry we don't seem to have your reservations for this morning, are you sure you booked a table(s) for this morning? What they were told, sorry, you can wait for seating, take it back to your room or sit in the outside seating (too cold outside for them as it was in the low sixties at the time) or sit at the two benches we also have in the office. Wow....

Infuriated by the lack of personalized service and seating, the family forced their way into the dining room, seizing hot biscuits and cold cereal. They hurled these items at the offending occupants of the area, screaming, "Family appetites matter!" Unfortunately for them, they had invaded the breakfast space of the University of Nevada rugby team whose slogan is, "Rugby players eat their dead." After a hotly pitched battle that lasted well into lunch, the family retreated to their chartreuse humvee. When last seen, they were blasting south on the road to La-La Land where they intended to demand to be seated for dinner at The Brown Derby.

I enjoy those.
Like my TV didn't work and couldn't turn on the shower. They don't say a peep, stay two days and tell us that when they check out. Guess we should check our crystal ball to see if they are having issues?
