I am in mountain snow area, they aren't buying HD snow cats.
 And our Department policy is to have all Motors serviced at dealerships. Can't afford any trained monkeys on the payroll.  So they let the Motor Sargent take care of servicing needs at the offices (posts?) where Motor's are assigned.
