Picked up an ACC helmet today
.... It sure is light. It felt like I didn't have it on, on the ride home.

Local biker shop named "Ground Pounders" stocks them. Nice place. I hadn't been there before, but noticed them on the ACC site. I didn't want to buy one without trying it first, so it worked out well.
I got the black carbon fiber. They had the flat black also, but it didn't fit as well. The owner said he had sold 50 of them in the last 3 months. NC went to DOT approved helmets this year, and everyone had to toss there novelty helmets.

When I first started riding I never wore a helmet unless I was riding on dirt, like most of us, some of us still do not wear helmets. Since I bought my ACC 2 years ago I have decided that even if there wasnt a helmet law I still would wear mine. Its that unnoticeable.
BTW mines also black candy

Can someone put one of these on and take a picture? I have never seen one on and don't want to spend 150 bucks on something that makes me look like Kazoo.
