Gas Prices/Traffic Enforcement

Just like the last time gas hit $4/gal, the gendarmes are out in force to keep THEIR tanks full.
Seems a lot like the Sheriff of Nottingham collecting additional arbitrary taxes for a royal wedding banquet while the king's subjects starve.
We're paying $4 a gallon too, assholes.

The constabulatory in my little, law-abiding burgh has little else to do but collect arbitrary taxes from the unwilling.

I've noticed the same thing. . . in the 25 or so miles between Big Spring and Stanton there were 7 State Troopers. Jiminy Cricket!

As you may or not know, in New York there are roads called parkways. There are quite a few of them.
A parkway is basically a 2 or 3 lane road where NO commercial vehicles or trailers are allowed to drive on.
Well, in the past, at every entrance to a parkway, there were big ass signs that said " No commercial vehicles allowed"

Well, those signs have disappeared, just in time for the proliferation of GPS units.
And where pray tell do these GPS units tell their drivers to go?
Yep...right on the parkway.

I can only imagine how much money is being collected from all these poor unsuspecting souls from out of state that have no friggin clue what they are being pulled over for...Oh heaven forbid it's big rig that goes on the parkway...what with all the low bridges.

they crash on the southern state and northern state all the time, I don't recall the fine but its a really big one!

did you get a warning from ezpass? I went through to fast but I don't know if it was with you or clay...

I didn't get a warning...Then again, I never look at anything EZ-Pass sends me.
