Tired of it...
All this delicious meat getting smoked and I was limited to my Weber kettle grill. Made some good vittles, but figured it was time to get serious. As soon as I got it put together, the rain came and dinner was ready...this weekend will smell delicious in my back yard.

Will probably get another. can't afford an Egg.

It's a 22.5" Weber Smokey Mountain. Charcoal/wood smoker. I need to start seasoning it. Will pick up a few bags of charcoal to burn through it to get rid of any residue on the inside, then start in on fatty, crap cuts smoking in it to season the inside. Cost $400, picked it up at the local Ace hardware, can be found at Lowe's and other places including Amazon, shipping costs from Amazon kept me from buying through them. Could have got free shipping with Prime, but I still made out better buying it local, if you factor in the cost of Prime.

I use mine with the bottom vents closed. I use the top vent to regulate temperature. Usually half open.
When you find the right balance it is very efficient with fuel consumption.

With my keg I set the bottom low and adjust temp with the top like Dj said, think of it like a motor intake and exhaust
