Rask Cycle
Having lost my 96 dyna battery cover I had to go hunting for a new one, found one @ Rask, ordered online monday, it was at my door today when I came home, quick and painless, I would use them again.

http://www.raskcycle.com/ I just did a search for the part on google and they came up, it was pretty dusty, but even with shipping it was around $29.00, vs thirty something with tax, it went out on the second I got it on the 4th, can't ask for any better than that, I did it all online so I didn't speak with anybody so I can't speak for cust serv. but I would try them again!
