Well Dan looked at lots of vests, and is still vestless. Foxcreek is pricey, but if they hae exactly what you want, then get it. If not head for Sturgis. You'll have to wade through 10x as many cheap ones though.

Thats differant. I kinda like the snap front pockets, and it has zippers like Dan wants.
The ones I see with zippers are usually heavier. Which is good and bad.

When I 1st bought mine, I bought it for riding but I used to wear it out, with a denim shirt. Ya, I am fashion reject, so the lighter style looked better. Leather can be hot either way, so I am not sure temp differences.

That's a nice one Dan. I looked at a bunch of the cheapies at the Show on Saturday, and I wasn't terribly impressed. I've been spoiled by my Fox Creek chaps, gloves, and jacket, so I think I'm gonna have to pony up for the vest as well.

But dang you!! Alla y'all's raving about Fox Creek leathers just made me want one. So I just ordered one. I think it'll be a great improvement over my cheap $35 vest. Now to decide how to patch up which one since I can't wear my back patch in certain places without risk of injury.

That's good to know because I couldn't really decide which size to get. I even called first to get their opinion and they just guessed too since my measurements were right in between the two sizes I was considering.
