BMW Touring bike with trailer
Mick and I, saw one on an exit ramp yesterday. Just caught a glimpse, but the bike looked massive and was pulling a small matching trailer. The trailer appeared to have only one wheel.

There are a few models out there,they use a 2 axis hitch rather than a ball. They are supposed to handle well

That's exactly it, Don. I'd never seen that type of BMW either. It looked different and was kind of cream in color.

Wow, post got me to looking around over at the BMW motorcycle web sight...them things is fancy!

K 1200 LT only a couple hundred more than I gave for my Ultra, has heated seats, heated grips, electro-hydraulic center stand, adjustable rider seat, 116 HP. Pretty sweet looking package... not a harley but still......

Rumors are floating around of a new LT with some serious juice under the hood for 2008.

It will be interesting to see what they actually do.

Exactly. I was thinking about building one this winter and that was what I had in mind using. I was thinking of using a 16 in wheel and a touring fender and hook up a set of saddle bags with a fiberglass box right in front of that. it could look just like a stock bike in the back
