I saw the pics........the guy was on the Dragon, and entered a pull off parking lot, and somehow rode over the edge of the asphalt, and dumped the bike on the side of the hill, then proceeded to try to pick it up by himself, and both him and the bike went down the hill and into the drink, and someone rescued the guy (ricer in full leathers) as the bike had him pinned in the water...he's ok, but has a constant "41" hanging around his neck.
