Nevada Smith..
..is one of my all time favorites. Steve McQueen is a kid who comes home to find his father and Indian mother skinned and murdered by three desperadoes played by Karl Malden, Martin Landau and Arthur Kennedy.
McQueen's character Max Sand, learns to use a gun and spends the next few years in search of the killers. The name of the movie was taken from a character in the Carpetbaggers played by Alan Ladd. |

great movie .. revenge is sweetest when cold .. kid got thrown in a Louisiana prison to get even with one ... I liked the scene where he took the guy out with the knife .. taking care of business means tough choices sometimes, eh?

I liked Brian Keith in the movie. He was a pretty cool customer.
Suzanne Pleshette is always a favorite also.
