I vividly remember driving back home from the beach Memorial Day weekend in 1986 and having it take 8 hours to go the 133 miles home......between the drawbridge at Kent Island and all the damned stoplights, it took forever.....And I was driving a stick-shift Fiesta with no air conditioning.
