Have 'em load the original map... might have gotten corrupted...
At least ask them why they didn't reload the map they said they had and check that... They knew enough that the map had changed... they should have known enough to reload the map they did for you. Idiots...

Al, they lost the map, not you. They can supply you with a new one. I think that they downloaded a sert program and your pc map didn't work with it. Normally, you are better off with the original sert map so that the PCIII can piggyback onto it. As they load different sert programs, your PCIII doesn't work right any more. They can load a one time sert map onto your bike. I would complain. complain, complain. It seems to be too cold to ride right now, anyway, if they start getting barrarged with Emails, they might change thier tune.
This time, find a indy that can do the work.

Al, just saw this...hate to see that you got screwed over by the dealership! Alamo HD is the biggest advertisement for going to Ramon's shop that I know of..
Javelina is still owned by the same family but they have always treated me better than Alamo. Trent out at Gruene is a good guy too, just have to make him aware of any problems that you have. He is technically over the Alamo dealership as well so it might not hurt to let him know what you thought about how you were treated.
