Arkansas Concealed Handgun License Reciprocity
Indiana, Arizona and Ohio are good to go, but be sure to check any Arkansas regs which may differ from those you are used to. Do that here, and check to see if they honor your state's permit, too:

Still up to the interpretation of the LEO who finds you have one on the bike or in your car. Even if it's in a locked safe transport box per ATF regs.
Just carry the shotgun strapped to your back in plain sight.

In case you want to, or need to know:
Idaho has signed reciprocity agreements with Arizona, North Carolina, Colorado and South Dakota. Also, Idaho recognizes valid concealed weapons permits from all states. Idaho does not require specific reciprocity agreements with the other states. However, while in Idaho, you must carry the permit on your person at all times when you are carrying a concealed weapon. (Idaho Code Section 18-3302(12)(g)) Some states, such as those listed above, do require reciprocity agreements. Those states have specifically negotiated reciprocity agreements with Idaho.

Where Concealed Handguns are Prohibited
It is a violation of the Arkansas Concealed Handgun License law to carry a concealed handgun into any of the locations listed below: Any part of section of an establishment in which alcohol is consumed on the premises, except a restaurant. Is a motel a restaurant if we have a weiner roast?
