Super G jetting
does anyone [ HDWRENCH ] have any idear about what size jets should be in a 124 with a super g mine came wit .0295 intermediate and .064 main seems awful small for a 124 by these suggestions

No good idea's on the jet size here.
Running it on a dyno with a sniffer up the pipe is probably the only truly accurate way to get the sizes you need for that motor. Buddy of mine just had his bike, not a 124, dyno'ed and the jets he had in it were way off the scale on the large size. My .02....

Jet size

Bottom the accelerator pump, gently, then back it out 3 complete turns. Set the air/idle screw @ 1 1/2 turns out, and adjust idle quality a 1/4 turn at a time, when @ full operating temp, maintaining approx 1000 rpms or at a "comfortable" idle. Ride to see/feel. Hope this helps. |
