Works + RaceTech = Terrific!
Okay, finally got everything in and together -- Works shocks, stock length; and RaceTech Gold Emulators in the front forks. Rode it some yesterday. Very noticeable improvement in handling and road-holding. Confidence-inspiring, very solid feel, handles irregularities MUCH better and no longer wallows around corners. Only downside is spendy.
My take - if one rides aggressively and intends to keep the bike for a while - they're worth it. If one just cruises, twists it on occasion; or just gets a new scoot every 2-3 years -- there are other alternatives for a greatly improved ride at less cost.
