SE Stage 1 AC torque values

Howdy.

I'm servicing the air cleaner on my bike, '06 EG. Two of the backing plate screws came out with the air cleaner and I cain't find the darned installation instructions.

What're the torque specs for the backing plate to head screws and the torque specs for the AC to backing plate screws. Blue Loctite, too?
