What he said. 103 is a 3 7/8 bore. To go 4" bore, (110) gots to split the cases and bore out the spigot holes. Biggest you can go now is 107, but that makes for a VERY thin cylinder wall. Not worth it.

Lots of 107s out there, no idea about longevity, but the kits have been available for 3 years now.
Heads, cams, compression. 103 is the Twinkie's sweet spot.

I was told by my dealer went the 103 became standard in 2011 that if you wanted the 110 upgrade and you did it within 1500K they could do it at the dealer and Harley would cover it under the standard warranty.
I do not know if Harley will still do this or not.

IIRC, Harley had a 113 that worked, don't know why they didn't go with that. The 110 reinvented the wheel. Poorly.

88" + big bore and stroked crank = 103" 96" + big bore = 103" 96" + big bore and stroked crank = 110" (plus some cooling issues)

Don't know why the 113 CRATE motor didn't take off. Julius had one. Pretty strong.

110 has 4" bore and 4.375 stroke. Cases have to be bored for larger cylinder spigots.
