UPLOADING PROBLEM

I cannot upload from my camera anymore. When I plug in the the PC, you would hear a noise followed by a window opening. Then you would pick what action you want. My Pc does not see the camera anymore, What the hell happened and how do I fix this??? Anyone gurus out there. Did I lose a driver? Do I have a gremblin? Help Please.
