Crawling To The Truck......
Yikes!!! Hamstrings & Glutes with calf raises and a scoop and a half of pre-workout don't mix.....
Great workout and finally broke down this year and admitted that legs need to be part of a proper program. 10 min cardio then squats, extensions, reverse curls, raises, back on the treadmill at elevation 4 for 40 min makes for a VERY weird sensation as you try to walk away from the machine to the change room ......... You will be a better man for it Dirk. I'm planning on staying outside with my routine and ride my bicycle, and paddle my kayak. I believe for me to be the best of both worlds of working out.

Do proper squats and drop the rest of those leg isolation moves from your routine. A proper squat to parallel will work your entire leg evenly, hitting your hamstrings, quads, and glutes. Add dead lifts to get more hamstring work in. More than anything, use the proper form, build the weight slowly.

I could probably squat 300lbs to parallel once at this point. Damn knee worries the crap out of me north of 300. Surgery on it 10 years ago, the doc told me to expect to get it replaced in 10 years at the time. So far, working out at 255 (will be 260 this afternoon when I hit the iron again) isn't hurting, but the noises it makes about makes you want to puke.

Elliot Hulse...StrengthCamp on youtube. Has a lot of interesting videos about proper form and curing imbalances through corrective stretching and lays it out in a no BS way that I like hearing, not clinical by any means. It's weird, but I'm right dominant, but my entire right side is weaker than my left, mostly from favoring my right and all of the injuries it has accumulated.
