To be honest, none of us even notice who is or is not drinking out by the pool. With this lot, it's hard to tell. Everybody from here that I have met in person is pretty much the same idiot in person that they are on the forum. The only reason I know who some of the folks are who don't drink is because they've brought it up in conversation. There is never any pressure to drink or anything. There's just a bunch of stuff sitting around that we've gone in on, and those who want it have it, and those who don't, don't.
We're just there to get face time with our friends, and some partake of social lubricant during that time, and some do not feel so inclined.
I don't know if this helped or not, but it's what I've observed.
Well Said....................

rraymond has failed to amuse us
Jim,
I kinda know where you're coming from. I'm not a big drinker myself. While out in Colorado I chose not to drink at night just so I could keep up with all the riding the next day. I do recall going down to the pool one night and there was a fair amount of drinking going around. I didn't feel pressed at all to drink but I have a very strong will not to. Having said that I did feel a little uncomfortable though just because most everyone else was under the influence and I had a tough time working into some of the conversation while being totally straight. It just felt a little odd to me listening to everyone laugh at things that weren't that funny... Now I know what I must do when I am drinking...LOL
