I am thinking of maybe changing the time frame for Thunder on the Mountain...
I'm thinking later in the summer, to try to avoid the rain that has typically plagued us in the spring. What think you?? Mid-late July? Late August??? I'm open to thoughts...

If you can find some time in between all the other events, I'm for later in the summer.. Dryer weather in August, but much hotter too.
I'll still have to fight for time off, no matter when it's scheduled.

I had a blast this year, the rain just added to the memory. May is easier for me to get the time to go, but that being said, next May will be finishing up my dissertation and hopefully graduation, so I'm out unless it's later in the summer. So I'd vote for May every year except 2012.

I like having it in May. It kicks the season off right. It's only ever rained part of the time and has been gorgeous when it wasn't. Doesn't really matter to me, cause I'm going to be there whenever it is if at all possible.
