Moms oncologist came in just after my last post. The pathology results came back all clear, so theres no cancer. The fibroids they were worried about made her a high risk for cancer, so it's good that they took everything before anything could develop.

The area of suspect tissue is getting removed now. It's not infection, but could develop into an infection if they leave it. Surgery should be a couple hours. Praying for a quick uneventful surgery.

Home tomorrow.

We should have an update on dad in a little while.

Holy moly what a week! I think today it all caught up to me and at any second I was boohoo'n lol. But all is going to be ok. Dad is still in rough shape but he will pull through it. Will be in the hospital for awhile.
Heading back to md Sunday with everyone lined up for staying with mom round the clock.

Thankful shes ok and dad will be eventually.

Oh, sweetie, you have been put through the wringer this week! Glad to hear things are ok with your mom and she's on the road to recovery. Prayers still going up for her and your dad and for you too. Try to get some rest if you can. Love ya, girl!

Glad to hear that things are looking better.

My uncle just went through surgery last week to remove lymph nodes from under his jaw. Fortunatly the stuff they were looking at in his lungs turned out NOT to be cancer.

Mom came home today. She's doin good. Dads still in the hospital and may be for about another week. Gotta get his bowels back to normal.

Dad came home from the hospital today! They have him on light solids now and all is going well. Thanks for all of the prayers, I know they worked!
