New grips for the '09 UC.....dealer install only?
I want to buy a set of Nostalgic grips for my '09 Ultra and I was wondering if they have to be installed by dealer service tech or is it something I can do myself?

But I haven't done any on a-fly-by wire bike. No help, eh?

Buy em and look at the instructions. See if it's something you think you can handle, if not, take it in.

Grips should be easy. Just make sure they are made for the fly by wire throttle. (Maybe a different part number) It has to have notches to turn the throttle thing.
You'll most likely end up destroying the stock left grip getting it off. Use a razor, slice it down the middle then peel it off.
