Why so long on the market?
This house in Thermopolis WY.
https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1...4590427_zpid/? 800 plus days... I guess I'd have to take a putt up there and ask the "neighbors" what is up with it?, Haunted?, Drug lab?, Bikers lived there?

Maybe no one in Thermopolis can afford it. Median salary is $50,000 and this house is more expensive than most houses in town. Sure looks good, though, doesn't it? I like Thermopolis.

Cause it's only worth 140K. We are going to end up in Idaho when we're done with our family obligations here is socal. There's quite a few in the area that we're looking in that have been for sale forever. Mainly cause they're over priced.

Price is closer to local estimating of value, now that I see that tool on the side bar. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2.../3195122_zpid/ Thinking I could put in offer under $200 K on the Thermopolis one and see if they bite.  . .
