A shameless plug for the guys at Hawg Wired....
When I layed Godzilla down I busted off the outer most piece of my fairing, causing damage to the speaker on the left side. Even though I had the system longer than the warranty covered, they sent me a new speaker for replacement.
This past weekend on my way to Yuma, the crossover on the right self fried (before you think they have crappy equipment, I was told this was only the fourth time this has happened in all of the systems they sell). After all was said and done, they are sending me (free of charge) a set of front speakers AND a pair of crossovers. My only requirement is to return the old speakers and crossovers, and they pay for shipping. THIS is what Customer Service is all about!!!!!

glad to hear that someone stands behind their product.
I on the other hand have been waiting almost a month for my stupid headset to be shipped from the dealer in PA, its been everybodys fault from the shipping guy to the sales manager to the salesperson, still not shipped.... good for you....
