Back Extensions hhmmmmm.....
Been starting to branch out in the gym, didn't realize the extent of core exercises out there. Back extensions on the incline bench with some dumbells in hand and arms outstretched like superman sure gets your attention!!.... Russian twists with weight on the ball is another
 Seven days till AZ and touring around on a Limited, gotta go hard down the home stretch. Think this is probably the best $30 a month I've ever spent...... Anybody who's thinking of getting started Do It! Once you are underway and have a few sessions under your belt you actually start to enjoy it. Dirk
