IMPORTANT: Alpine Lodge Cancellation Policy

Given the cancellation policy and the fact that we did have a lot of cancellations...
1. Did anyone NOT get their cancellation honored?
2. Did anyone end up having to pay for an unused room?
3. Did anyone get "let off the hook" even though they cancelled late?

I had a pretty damn good reason for not being there...she let me off the hook. Told me to heal up and come and visit them another time.
