Downloading PMs

What format should I use to download my PM box...XML, TEXT, or CSV?

Depends on what you want to import them to, if anything. CSV (comma delimited) is an old format but will import to MS Excel. XML is pretty widely used and can also be imported to MS Excel and probably Word now as well as multitudes of other programs. If you export them as text, you'll loose all formatting if that is an issue.

Hmmm...sounds like XML. I want to be able to refer to them in the future so it would be nice if I could use Word to read them.

When in doubt, use them both,... or all three for that matter before deleting all your PMs.
