I was gonna say some High Temp Harley Black Duct tape. But very nice they were right on fixing the problem fo you.

New brackets arrived today and I got the thing installed. I'll have to see how it holds up, but I'm really not impressed with the mounts. I have a feeling at some point I'm gonna end up riding home one-handed while I'm supporting the cooler with the other.
Metal brackets would be so much better.
