Christmas turkeys
These'll be ready sometime around daybreak...
Simple olive oil, salt & pepper. As much as I like to see raw meat go into the smoker, I have to admit that raw turkey's really not all that appealing to me. More pics in the morning. That's my brother in law's dog. He knows his way around a firebox on a cold night!

Hot Damn!!!! Looking forward to seeing the end results!..... When I have more time I will invest the energy and cash to get a nice smoker set up going, and my apprenticeship will begin. Be picking your brain in a couple years on the outside Don....

I was looking a pellet fed grill/smoker yesterday.
Cool concept, no binders in the pellets, good temp controller Also, $1,000. So, not today ------------------ Not tesponsible for rypos. Freaking tiny thum operatd kaybards

I picked up a new smoker the other day. I have an 18 pounder resting gently in right now at 260* or so.
